If you’ve paused or accidentally cancelled your subscription and are ready to jump back in, it's easy to pick up right where you left off.
Note: This is only applicable to subscriptions paused or recently cancelled. If it's been more than a month since you cancelled, you can resubscribe here.

Follow these steps to reactivate your subscription:
Step 1: Visit the Management Page
Go to the Velvra subscription portal at https://tryvelvra.com/pages/manage-subscription.
Step 2: Access Management Tools
Click on the Manage Subscription button located on the main landing page.
Step 3: Identify Your Account
Enter the email address associated with your previous subscription. This ensures the system pulls up your existing (but currently inactive) profile.
Step 4: Secure Login
Check your email for a verification code sent by the system. Enter this code on the website to securely access your account dashboard.
Step 5: Locate Your Subscriptions
Once logged in, navigate to the My subscriptions tab found on the left-hand pane of the dashboard.
Step 6: Select Resume Subscription
Find your inactive subscription in the list. Instead of the cancellation option, look for the Resume subscription button. Click this to reactivate your plan and restore your benefits immediately.
Tip: Double-check your payment method under the Payment methods tab before resuming to ensure your billing information is still up to date!
