What Types of Parasites Does the Cleanse Target?
ParaHaven* is formulated to target parasites at every stage of their lifecycle (eggs, larvae, and adults). Most parasite
products only address adult worms. This one doesn't leave the rest behind.
How It Works: Three Herbs, Three Stages
Each herb in the formula has a specific job. Together, they cover the full lifecycle so parasites can't simply hatch and
rebuild.
🌿 Clove: targets eggs
Clove is the only common antiparasitic herb with documented activity specifically against parasite eggs. Its active
compound, eugenol, disrupts the protective casing of eggs before they can hatch, stopping the cycle at the source.
Research has shown 100% egg mortality against common parasites within 24 hours of exposure.
🌰 Black Walnut Hull: targets larvae & adults
Black Walnut Hull contains juglone, a compound that inhibits the enzymes parasites need to survive and reproduce. It has
been used in traditional medicine for centuries, specifically to expel worms, and is most effective against larval and
adult stages across a broad range of intestinal parasites.
🌿 Wormwood — targets larvae & adults
Wormwood contains artemisinin, a compound so effective against parasites that a derivative of it earned a Nobel Prize in
Medicine in 2015. It disrupts parasite metabolism and nervous system signalling, and has been studied across multiple
peer-reviewed clinical trials for its activity against larvae and adult worms.
Why 30 Days?
Parasites don't all hatch at once; they emerge in waves. A 30-day protocol ensures that eggs present at the start of the
cleanse have time to hatch and are caught at the larval or adult stage. A shorter cleanse misses this window, and the
cycle starts again.
Which Parasites Does It Target?
The formula is designed to work broadly, not against one specific organism. Common intestinal parasites it supports
against include:
- Pinworms — the most common parasitic infection in children in the US
- Roundworms
- Tapeworms
- Threadworms
- Hookworms
- Giardia
Because exposure is ongoing through school, pets, food, and everyday contact, monthly cleansing helps keep the gut
environment clear after the initial protocol is complete.
