Delivery Timeline
Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days after they ship. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and local postal service performance.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, your confirmation email will include a tracking link. Use that link to follow your package's progress. You can also manually enter your tracking number here.
If your tracking shows unusual routing, like your package appearing to move away from you before arriving, this is usually a normal part of the carrier's sorting process. Packages often pass through regional hubs for final sorting before the last leg of delivery.
International Orders
International orders go through customs clearance before reaching your local carrier, which can add a few days to the timeline. If your order clears customs and then appears stalled, give it 5 to 7 more business days before reaching out. Most packages continue moving during this window.
