Package Issues: Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Item
We are sorry if your order did not arrive as it should. 🙇 Here is what to do depending on what happened.
Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
Check your porch, side doors, mailbox, or building office. Couriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a day or two
before they physically arrive, so it is worth waiting a short buffer period just in case.
If it still has not shown up after a couple of days, contact our support team and we will step in to make it right.
Item Arrived Damaged
If a bottle arrived broken or damaged, take a clear photo of the item and packaging and send it to our support team. We
will arrange a replacement right away.
If only the outer box was damaged but the bottles are intact, the product inside is safe to use. We will still note it
with our shipping team.
Wrong Item Received
If you received something other than what you ordered, send us a photo of the items and the shipping label. We will
arrange for the correct order to be sent out immediately.
Missing Item
If something is missing from your order, send us a photo of what you received and the shipping label. We will get the
missing item out to you right away.
Delivered to a Parcel Locker
If your package was delivered to a parcel locker, check your mailbox for a key, notice slip, or digital code sent via
text or email. If you cannot access it or the pickup window has passed, contact our team for further support.
